We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without a formal licensing agreement from MindfulBiz.

We do not warrant that the AI-generated insights or ethical frameworks will be error-free, 100% accurate, or meet your specific regulatory requirements. The use of AI involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for the implementation of any advice or tool provided by MindfulBiz.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN ONTARIO, MINDFULBIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to MindfulBiz in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
